March Reading List

I was a bit occupied this past month of March, so I only have a few to share with you on this list.

If you're wondering, I finally got to finish the book Think and Grow Rich from last month's list. It was really enjoyable and full of things to think about. I liked the last chapters the most. Since I already talked about it on my previous reading list post, I would no longer give much details about it.

Let's move straight to this month's list! ;)

At the Feet of the Master by  Alcyone (Jiddu Krishnamurti)
It truly amazed me how Jiddu, at such a tender age of 14, was able to create a classic book loaded with depth, consciousness, knowledge and truth. He proved that age is indeed just a number and that a person can learn from anyone of any age as long as s/he has an open mind. Let yourself be impressed by this man and his words or should I say the Master's words. It's available in the public domain so you can easily search and read it online.

"From the unreal lead me to the Real.
From darkness lead me to Light.
From death lead me to Immortality."

"Waiting the word of the Master,
Watching the Hidden Light;
Listening to catch His Orders
In the very midst of the fight;

Seeing His slightest signal
Across the head of the throng;
Hearing His faintest whisper
Above earth's loudest song."

Mastery of Fate by Christian D. Larson
Yes, it's true! I still can't get over this author. You can even expect more books written by him on my next lists. I think I enjoyed his book Mastery of Fate more than the ones from my previous list.

"Desire to do things with a desire that sets every fibre in being aflame; love everything, is being done, with a love that is the living power of the soul itself; and give yourself, your largest self, your whole self to your life and work. And what you give that will be your fate."

"When one begins to live - in the depth of real life, and begins to draw upon his own inexhaustible self, he will find that he is so much that there is no end to the possibilities that exist in his own life and his own world."

The Magic of Believing by Claude M. Bristol
This is the last book on this month's list, but definitely not the least. In fact, among the three books listed here, this one is the best for me. I enjoy using the mirror technique more than the cards. If you're wondering what those are all about, pick this book up or download the ebook version like I did. ;) I'm looking forward to read T.N.T It Rocks the Earth by the same author.

"So step out in front, head toward the sun. Keep facing it, and dark shadows will not cross your path."

"Happiness is wholly independent of position, wealth, or material possessions. It is a state of mind which we ourselves have the power to control - and that control lies in our thinking."

"Assert yourself to be the creator and boss of your own habit of thought - in fact become unconquerable. No one ever defeated a resolute will. Even death stands still before such a will."

"Just believe that there is genuine creative magic in believing - and magic there will be, for belief will supply the power for you to succeed in everything you undertake. Back yourself with a resolute will, and you become unconquerable, a master among men - yourself. "

The list ends here. It is extremely short but I hope one of these books has piqued your interest. They are all both entertaining and helpful. They all managed to raise my frequency - or at least, I like to think so, but that's actually all that matters. It feels good to practice what I've learned. ;)
