Just recently, I talked about the products that I would let go of and give away. This time around, I'm going to talk about the products that I've used up and about to throw away.
ELF Mineral Infused Face Primer
This was a very good face primer. Other than being so affordable, it also effectively prolonged the wear of my makeup and gave me an even and smooth base to work on. This was just the clear primer. I think ELF has different kinds of primer these days.
Green Tea Nose Pore Pack by Watson's
These green tea pore strips were very adhesive. They were so easy to stick on and they stayed in place without moving around. They were different from other flimsy strips. They were effective at removing a lot of blackheads, whiteheads and dirt. However, those good attributes came with a price. They were a bit difficult and painful to take off.
Clinique Turnaround Revitalizing Instant Facial
Similar to most masks and facial treatments, this one also managed to soften and smoothen my skin. It also made my pores look nonexistent. What sets this product apart from others was that it left an insane amount of sparkles on my face. They're not chunky glitters, but they were so many that you couldn't help but notice them. I looked as if I applied a dewy highlighter all over my face. Not cute! However, the morning after, the sparkles were mostly gone and my skin felt so hydrated and moisturized. It also managed to dry up and remove my blemishes including blackheads and whiteheads. I'm pretty torn about this product.
Tony Moly My Little Pet Eye Patch
This pair of eye patches brightened my under eye area like crazy. Aside from making that area feel hydrated and moisturized, it also lessened the appearance of lines and firmed up that part a little bit. It was a different kind of eye mask. The texture was different. It wasn't exactly just the normal sheet mask. It was a bit jelly and silicone-y.
Dove Advanced Care Ultimate White
This deo did whiten my underarms a little bit. It even kept them soft and smooth with far less chicken skin. Aside from that, it also had a nice scent.
Milcu Unscented Roll-On Deodorant
I tried this deo because I noticed that it has far less ingredients and chemicals compared to other commercial deodorants. It was a good basic deodorant. It kept body odor at bay and lessened perspiration. It was really affordable, too. However, something about it being unscented made me a bit self conscious.
That's everything that I've totally used up. I can't wait to finish more products and to make room for new items. I already have a list of new things to try out. :P
