PYUNKANG YUL MOISTURE AMPOULE

I've been trying different Pyunkang Yul products lately. If you're not new here, you've probably already seen my recent posts about two Pyunkang Yul products and how big of a fan I am of those two. Today, I have another one from the brand and it is their Moisture Ampoule. Is it another hit or a miss this time? Read more to find out.

Unlike the first two, this product is part of the skin temperature down-line ups or the blue sample set.

A sachet contains 1.5 mL or 0.05 fl. oz.

The product itself is clear and is pretty much fragrance-free. The consistency is just a bit lighter and thinner compared to Pyunkang Yul Balancing Gel. It is a little bit runnier than that.

However, I find it much stickier and that stickiness does last on the skin. You can totally feel it for a while. I guess that's what they meant when they mentioned "strong adhesiveness" in the product description.

Again, this is the type of product that you can surely feel and tell when it's on your skin. It doesn't feel like nothing and act like magic. It doesn't feel effortless.

This product does provide moisture, but not as much or as deep as I prefer. I also think that it does soften the skin a little, but not totally smoothens it.

In short, it is far from being a stand alone product. It is truly just a supplement or a booster. You have to layer it with a serum and/or a moisturizer.

You know me, I much prefer one and done kind of stuff and keeping things a bit more simple. More often that not, I find too much of whatever unnecessary.

Yes, I said it, I consider this product unessential for a normal or daily routine. It is redundant since toners, serums and moisturizers can do what it does and so much more. Especially considering it's price which is not that cheap. A 100 mL bottle of this ampoule retails for 1,340 Php.

That's my opinion based on my preference and also my skintype. People who have extremely dry skin might benefit from this product. I also think you can keep and use it for emergencies or when you're having some sort of a skin crisis.

Until next time!
