I received two pieces of Snail White x10 Whitening as a gift last Christmas.
It is a product of Thailand.
I'm not sure if we have an official distributor of this brand here in the Philippines.
The price of a piece ranges from 30 Php to 80 Php on Shopee.
The box has a simplistic and minimalistic design. It is straight forward and only has few details. Most of them are in Thai, but the list of ingredients is in English. The list is definitely on the short side. I really hope that's everything in it.
The expiry date is on the side. It has a shelf life of almost up to three years.
A bar lasts on me for around three weeks or less. It does have the tendency to melt fast, so I suggest you cut it into smaller pieces.
The texture of the bar is really smooth. It suds up richly and easily.
It cleanses my skin without making it feel tight and dry. It actually leaves my skin soft and smooth. My skin tends to feel incredibly nourished and moisturized after each use.
However, that sensation doesn't last the whole day because it tends to make my skin peel a little bit in the middle of the day. It's nothing that a good lotion can't remedy, though, so it's not really a big deal.
Also, for me, the major duty of a soap is to efficiently cleanse and refresh the skin without causing any adverse reaction or leaving any weird residue.
This soap does the job really well.
When it comes to whitening, it definitely hasn't made my skin 10x whiter, but I think it has brighten my skin a bit. I'm quite positive that it will whiten the skin much more with religious and continuous use.
What I love the most about this soap is its scent. It smells like berries to me and it makes me think of joyful, uncomplicated childhood.
The scent is rather strong that it has the tendency to stick and last for a while on the skin, but it's not overwhelming.
Overall, it's a good soap.
However, I'm not really into whitening at the moment.
I just want to use the products that I have and not waste anything.
After finishing my second bar, there's a big chance that I won't purchase more Snail White x10 Whitening Soaps.
However, if I were big into whitening, I believe this soap would be my first choice and go-to.
Until next time!
