KRISPY KREME DOUGHNUTS MAPLE ICED GLAZED SCENTED CANDLE

I finally got to light this Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Maple Iced Glazed Scented Candle that I featured on my last Scented Candle Haul. Click the underlined link, if you haven't seen that yet.

As I've mentioned on that post, this candle is manufactured and distributed under license by Star Candle Company. They do have a website which is www.starcandle.com.

Their products are made in the USA with U.S. and imported parts.

Based on their website, they use Soy Paraffin blend, tested lead-free wick and specifically formulated fragrances. The exact composition of the candle is not indicated on the packaging.

They do have warning and precautions stated on the box.

The design of the box mimics the look of the box of actual Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.  

The 3 oz candle comes in a glass jar which I find really cute. It is textured. It doesn't have any label on it which I like. I think it looks more classy and elegant that way. It is simple and matches any room or table design.

I don't have any idea why they stated to discard the glass jar after use. Nevertheless, I'm definitely going to keep it and reuse it. I guess, I'm just a bit hard-headed. Also, they should have included a reason for such rule.

Anyway, this specific candle is caramel colored. The texture is incredibly smooth. I've noticed that it has a tendency to get moist.

The wick is pretty much centered. It hasn't given me any problems, so far. 

They specified that this candle can burn up to 25 hours. I don't know for certain, but I've been using it for almost a week now. 

I usually keep it open for only less than three hours each day. 

I still have half of the jar left.

The wax burns nicely and evenly.

It is incredibly easy to catch the scent of the candle even without lighting it. However, doing so effectively spreads the scent across my whole room. The scent tends to last for a while even after extinguishing the fire. I consider my room medium-sized.

I'm actually not a big fan of the actual Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I think they tend to be too sweet. With that said, I'm not very familiar with the scent of the actual Maple Iced Glazed doughnut.

This candle has a hint of maple, caramel, toffee, brown sugar and brown coffee. It is definitely sweet, but not too much. It's not warm and heavy. It won't make you feel dizzy and want to puke.

I personally really enjoy this scent. It smells so delightful.  

I can see myself purchasing more of this variant.
