Let's talk about the latest from Cadbury.
I got this 50g pack of Cadbury Dairy Milk Bubbly at a 7-Eleven near me for 90 Php. To be honest, I find it a bit pricey for the size.
This product was released only recently here in the Philippines.
It is a milk chocolate filled with aerated milk chocolate. That sounds pretty interesting and unique, doesn't it?
It is product of India.
As usual, the list of ingredients is specified at the back. It is a fairly short list.
The nutrition information is right beside the ingredient list.
The information regarding the manufacturer, importer and distributor are on top of those.
The code and expiry date are highlighted on the back of the fold. I like that those details are easy to see and read.
This product has the usual purple Cadbury packaging. Inside, there's still a paper wrap which I find unnecessary. I don't understand the purpose of this part or if it even has any. If you're aware, kindly enlighten me.
Especially because there's a foil wrapper anyway.
It's very important to reduce waste. How great would it be if big companies do implement that? I know paper is a biodegradable material. But still, why use it if it's not necessary?
I'm aware that I'm giving too much focus on this part.
I've said my piece, so let's move back to our actual topic, the chocolate.
This chocolate is shaped like bubbles. Even though it looks that way, the outer part or the coating actually has the usual consistency of a milk chocolate. It is full, dense, rich, smooth and creamy.
The aerated milk chocolate is inside. It has a bit thinner consistency, but still rich and creamy. The texture is interesting.
Overall, it still has the signature taste of Cadbury Dairy Milk. The only difference is the mix of textures that provides a different sensation.
It is undeniably delicious, just like all the other Cadbury products. It is also quite intriguing due to the "aerated" feature. Nevertheless, I'm not sure if it's worth the price.
Until next time!
