LOVE BEAUTY AND PLANET

Good day everyone!

Today, I have another mini haul or more like an introduction of a brand and some of its products.

I bet you're probably more aware of this brand than the one that I featured on my previous post.

Love Beauty and Planet is actually a brand under Unilever which is a huge and undeniably well-known company here and abroad. They launched this brand in the Philippines fairly recently. Love Beauty and Planet, a brand with purpose, is their bet for the natural and environment-friendly segment that is now fast-growing in the marketplace. 

It offers personal care products such as shampoos, conditioners, body washes and lotions that are vegan, free from questionable and unethically sourced ingredients and cruelty-free. These products are contained in bottles that are made from 100% recycled materials.

You know how much I'm into this kind of things, that's why I caved in easily and decided to try some of their products.

I ordered these items from Shopee last March 3, 2019 during their 3.3 Mega Sale. Unilever has an official shop or page there. Actually, they even have three. You can find all the Love Beauty and Planet products on Unilever Beauty Official Store page. The different brands that they offer are properly arranged and categorized, so it's pretty easy to find.

My packaged was shipped the very next day, March 4. It was prepared and fulfilled by Shopee. I think that's the reason it got fixed faster compared to orders prepared by the sellers themselves.

On the 6th, after two days, I finally received my package. The courier that delivered my order was Black Arrow. I think that's the only courier that you can use when you choose to order from their Shopee store.

The items came in great condition. They were inside a medium-sized box that was even plastic wrapped. 

There was also a bubble wrap inside. 

Two of the products came in individual boxes. Even though the other one didn't have its own box, the top was taped. Honestly, the packaging was a bit too much for me especially for a supposed eco-friendly brand, but I do appreciate their effort to secure the items and prevent any breakage and leakage.

Let me show you the items that I picked.

The brand has three collections at the moment: Argan Oil and Lavender, Murumuru Butter and Rose and lastly Tea Tree and Vetiver.  

I'm not a huge fan of Lavender so I didn't pick anything from that collection.

I purchased two items from their Tea Tree and Vetiver line. Honestly, Tea Tree is not one of my favorites too, scent-wise. However, it has amazing benefits and effects that I actually need. 

I got the Radical Refresher Shampoo. I'm hoping this will provide comfort and nourishment for my usually dry scalp.

I also picked the Pure and Positive Body Wash. I already mentioned this before, that I do get body acne from time to time. It's usually not that bad and severe, but it still honestly affects my confidence. Hopefully, this body wash will solve my issue for good.

Lastly, I grabbed one item from their Murumuru Butter and Rose line. It's their Delicious Glow Body Lotion. If you're wondering why I didn't stick to the Tea Tree and Vetiver line, it's because they don't have a body lotion on that line. Other than that, I actually really love Rose. I would like for that scent to linger on me.

I haven't use any of these products yet. I don't know if you've noticed, but I still do have tons of products to finish and to start using. I definitely have to stop buying anything for the meantime. 😂

I guess it will not be anytime soon, but I'll share with you my experiences with these products one I get to using them.
