Today, I don't have just another Human♥Nature product, it is also another favorite of mine and another scrub. However, this time, it's a body scrub instead of a facial one.
Similar with the last product that I posted about, this Human♥Nature 100% Natural Body Scrub in Coffee & Vanilla was also included in my March Mini Haul. I also got it from the Shopee page Marix Online.
It is also available in Human♥Nature's website. It comes in only one size. The 190g tube retails for 279.75 Php. It may seem a bit expensive, but it's totally worth it and a little bit of it goes a long way.
Aside from being 100% natural and containing no possibly harmful or harsh chemicals such as plastic microbeads, parabens, synthetic fragrance, synthetic colors, mineral oil, petrolatum, dimethicone, SLS/SLES, EDTA, BHT, salicylic acid, alcohol, formaldehyde or other toxic chemicals, it is also NPA certified. NPA stands for Natural Product Association and the seal certifies compliance with the NPA strict standards. If you want to know more information about that, visit their website at www.npainfo.org.
The product does have the bunny logo which means that it is also cruelty-free.
The list of ingredients is on the back. I'm sure that most of us are already familiar with most of the stuff listed.
They only included on the packaging the instruction on how often to use the product. The instruction on how to actually and effectively use it is on the site. Let me state it below:
3x the Charm: Remember to practice a healthy bath habit of exfoliating 2-3 times a week for smooth, soft skin. If you have sensitive skin, keep it to 1-2 times a week.
1. Always apply to wet skin, paying extra attention to the parts that are always exposed to pollutants, dust and dirt.
2. Apply the scrub gently on your skin in circular motions for around 3-5 minutes to get the job done. Make sure you don’t scrub too hard or too long in one spot because you can actually abrade your skin.
3. Completely wash off body scrub with water. The use of soap or shower gel after applying body scrub is not necessary.
4. Exit shower and gently pat skin dry.
I'm a bit bummed that it doesn't smell anything like coffee, but the vanilla scent is still nice. It reminds me of vanilla extract and not vanilla essential oil. I actually appreciate that because I tend to find vanilla essential oil a bit heady and overwhelming. This one is not and it's rather delightful. It reminds of some yummy food.
This product has a light and creamy consistency. The coffee grounds are pretty fine and even. I think aside from the coffee grounds, similar to the Human♥Nature Purifying Facial Scrub, it also contains bamboo granules.
It is a gentle body scrub, yet efficient. I personally don't think that the amount of scrubbing particles is lacking. I've read some reviews on the site and there were complaints about that, but I guess they've already improved the product.
It effectively exfoliates my skin and leaves it soft, smooth and glowing for days. It's true! The effect tends to last for days.
Coffee is also known to firm the skin and reduce the appearance of stretch marks. I think it does help on those areas as well.
Most importantly, at least for me, it helps lessen my body acne and also the scars. It definitely improves the feel, look and state of my skin.
I haven't encountered any issues or worrying side effects.
I do recommend this body scrub. I'm also looking forward to try the new Human♥Nature Sunflower Body Scrub. I'm a big fan of their sunflower oil and even made a post about it years ago.
That's all for now.
Until next time!
