The packaging of this product looks different and a bit smaller compared to their other mango chews. But just like those, this pack also weighs 40 G or 1.41 oz and retails for 55 Php.
This snack is made from real mangoes. It claims to be an excellent source of Vitamin C, to contain very low sodium and to be free of fat, cholesterol and gluten.
They have the nutrition highlights on the front and the nutrition facts at the back. The list of ingredients is also provided.
It is manufactured by their own company and is a product of the Philippines. It is Halal certified, as well.
The batch code and consume before date are clearly stated.
This product smells the same as the Mango Chews, but stronger. The ripe mango scent is easily recognizable. You can also catch a whiff of the spices.
The shape of the pieces reminds me of throw pillows. It is right in the middle of the rectangular Green Mango Chews and tube-like Mango Chews.
The consistency is not as soft as the other chews, but still rather malleable. Of course, it is also very chewy.
The taste is also pretty similar to that of the Mango Chews. It's just that this one is more flavorful and the spices are stronger. It's not too strong and overwhelming, though. The spicy taste is very tolerable and enjoyable.
I personally like this spicy snack the best among the three chewy mango snacks by B&C.
