FRESH PINK HIMALAYAN SALT WHITENING TOOTHPASTE

I do enjoy the brand Fresh. I've been using their aloe soothing gels and tomato sun gel for a while now. Recently, I decided to try their toothpastes because they seem promising. One of the two is this Fresh Pink Himalayan Salt Whitening Toothpaste.

Collective Haul | Jan. '16

HAPPY NEW YEAR MY LOVES! I know it's a bit late but whatever. Haha :P I hope you're all having a wonderful start of the year and that you're still sticking to your new year's resolutions.

Anyways, it's been a little bit more than a month since I made a post. For some reasons, last December was so fun and exciting to me that I got carried away. Now, I'm back in the game, so please look out for more posts coming up. I'm really looking forward to a lot of improvements this year. I want my writing style, topics, photos, blogging schedule and more to get a whole lot better. *fingers crossed*

Since I'm still in the process of reconditioning myself, I'll take it easy for now and start this year with my specialty, a haul. ^^v

Huge Collective Haul | 1 of 2

Hi loves! I have another haul for y'all after such a long time. Having said that, these are products that I've accumulated not just this month but also the past few ones. Some of these were purchased by yours truly while the others were given to me by my dear family or friends. I know, I'm pretty lucky and blessed, and I'm forever grateful for that. ;D Now, without further ado, let's get into this haul.

December 2k13 Favorites

Hello my dear beautiful people! :D How's your week going? I hope you are having a great one. Moving on, please excuse my tardiness with regards to posting my monthly favorites. ^^v I was actually not really planning to make a post about my December favorites because I just shared my Top 13 Products of 2013 a few days ago and I don't want to bombard you with my favorite products. (How many times did I mention the word "favorite/s"? Haha) But then, I realized I have some awesome stuff to share with you, guys, so here it is. ;D

❀ Burt's Bees Radiance Day Cream

- This cream makes my skin feel so soft and smooth. It is also so light and perfect to use before applying makeup. This is a bit on the pricier side but a little goes a very long way and I think it's worth it.

✿ Quick FX No-shine Mattifier

- This primer does the job so well. It makes my skin so smooth and the makeup application so easy. It also keeps my makeup in place for quite a long time and keep the oiliness at bay. An awesome product for a cheap price.

❀ Fashion 21 Single Eyeshadow in 20

- I use this baby as a brow powder and it works pretty great. The color is perfect for me. It gives that nice, natural look. Oh, and it is inexpensive.

✿ MAC Notoriety Eyeshadow Quad

- I love all the colors in this palette. Of course, the pigmentation, texture, and longevity are also perfect. 

 ❀ Japonesque Precision Lash Curler

-This baby curls my eye lashes without giving that "L" kind of curl. 

 ✿ Artist Studio Angled Eyeshadow Brush

- If I remember it right, I got this brush for only less than 30 Php and I can't believe how awesome it is. I can do a complete eye look with just this brush. I can also use it to contour the nose. It doesn't shed or anything. I have washed it a couple of times already but it is still pretty strong and great. A must-have.

  

 ❀ Ever Bilena Matte Lipstick in Mauvey

- I love the color, longevity, price and availability of this lipstick. It also doesn't dry out my lips. I guess the only thing that I'm not a big fan of is the packaging.  

✿ Watsons Cleansing Facial Wipes

- This works great on removing any makeup, may it be waterproof or not. It also leaves my skin feeling moisturized. Lastly, it is pretty cheap which is awesome. 

❀ Garnier Oil Clear Self-Heating Sauna Mask

- This mask leaves my skin feeling so fresh and clean. I also think that it does help prevent oiliness. (BTW, I have combination skin and I do get so oily at times. But thanks to this, I guess, because now I don't get tooooo oily. ) It is also so inexpensive and it contains a lot. I've used  a sachet 5 times already and I still have a bit left on that one. I have a quite a small face, though. 

 ✿ Abahna White Grapefruit & May Chang Natural Wax Scented Candle

- I love the scent of this candle. It is so refreshing. 

❀ Heart Shaped Earring 

- I got this pair of earrings as a birthday gift from a dear friend of mine and I really love it. She knows me too well. I've been wearing this nonstop.

Random Haul | December '13 ^^,

I wanted to unwind so I went to Quezon City. I roamed around Trinoma and SM North EDSA and I shopped a little. Just a little I promise. :D Let me share to you now what I actually ended up getting. :)

First, I went to Beauty Bar which is located at the 3rd floor of Trinoma Mall.

1.) Japonesque Precision Eyelash Curler (750 Php)

- I've been wanting this for the longest time because of Sineady Cady / TheMakeupChair. She loves this so much and uses this in most of her videos. It does a great job curling her lashes. I hope it would work well for me, too. Also, it just looks so cool and unique. Don't you agree? :)

2.) Andrea Perma Lash - Flair Short Black (225 Php)

- These days, I have been having a "thing" for lashes. I don't really care about them before. Well, maybe going through the lashes phase can't be helped. What do you guys think? Am I the only one who's having these crazy phases? You know, like, one day I'm super into lip products then the next moment I am crazy over blushes and after that I go gaga over eye lashes. Don't you experience that?

3.) Andrea Perma Lash Individual Eyelash Adhesive - Dark (195 Php)

- Of course, the former's plus one. ;)

4.) Abahna White Grapefruit & May Chang Natural Wax Scented Candle (695 Php)

I do have a thing for scents since I don't know when. That's why I hate not having Bath and Body Works here in the Philippines. I mean c'mon they have awesome candles and other stuff, too, with heavenly scent. I feel like I've found a gem now that I have this candle. It has this citrusy smell. It smells so nice. It is really refreshing and uplifting. Also, the scent is not too overwhelming. It would not make you feel dizzy and want to puke. I love love love this candle. If you have a thing for scents and candles, too, try this now especially because the candles are 45% off (312.75 Php) in Beauty Bar. Abahna candle is available in different scents. You're welcome. haha :D

5.) Burt's Bees Radiance Day Cream

I got this one for free. Oh, how I love freebies. :D<

I also got something from Landmark (1st Floor, Trinoma).

6.) Artist Studio Brushes

-The brushes from Artist Studio are very cheap but have awesome quality. I love them. 

* Angled Flat Top - 119.75 Php

* Spoolie or Eyelash/Eyebrow Wand - 64.75 Php

* Blending or Crease Brush - 69.75 Php

* Defining Eye Brush - 29.75 Php

Lastly, I got a few stuff from Watsons (2nd Floor, The Annex, SM City North Edsa).

7.) Purederm Makeup Cleansing Tissues x2 (119 Php)

- I heard good things about these makeup cleansing tissues. They are pretty cheap, too, compared to others.

8.) Watson's Cleansing Facial Wipe x2 (45 Php)

- More cleansing facial wipes. I just need something that would fit perfectly on my pouch and I can carry around where ever I go. :)

9.) Cuddles Cotton Squares (47 Php)

- Is it weird that I have a favorite brand and type of cotton, which is this one, even though they all seem the same? Haha 

10.) Skin Protec Hand Sanitizing Hand Sanitizing Foam in Sweet Pea (67.50 Php)

- This is very much similar to Bath and Body Works Hand Foam On-the-Go Hand Cleanser. It smells amazing. There's also no need to rinse. How I wish I also get the Cucumber one. Oh well, maybe next time.

What I Say: Watsons Lip Balm in Menthol

     Happy Friday sweethearts! Are you excited for the weekend? I sure am! But before that let’s focus on today first, do what we have to do and be productive. In my case, because I want to be productive, I’ll blog, and I'll be blogging about something nice. ;D

     Chapped lips are a big no-no. So, to protect our lips and keep it looking healthy and kissable, lip balms are there to save us. Today, I’ll be talking about a lip balm that might get your attention and spark your interest.

     I will be putting the spotlight now on Watsons Moisturising Lip Balm in Menthol.

     It comes in this packaging. Everything that you need to know is written at the back. Even the expiration date is clearly stated there.

     The product looks like this. It comes in a pot with a twist-off cap. Some people don’t prefer this type of balms because you have to dip your fingers and it seems unhygienic. You may use a lip brush if you wish so, or there are small spatulas that can also be used in this type of products. As for me, I prefer using my ring finger, but of course I always, always, always make sure that it is clean. ;)

     Here is the look of the actual product. It is just a clear balm.

     I got it from, obviously, Watsons at SM North EDSA for only 40 Php. I am not sure though if it was on sale during that time or not. Sorry about that. ^^v Still, whether it was on sale or not, I’m pretty sure that it is inexpensive and less than a hundred. :D

     I actually grabbed this baby because it is menthol scented. I’m slightly addicted to mints and menthols. Who doesn’t love them? Those things are just so refreshing. They make me feel super clean. The cooling sensation is simply wonderful and makes me energetic and happy. Gladly, this precious little thing is truly refreshing just like any other mints and menthol and it also gives off that cooling sensation for a pretty long amount of time.

     I’ve read, too, that minty products slightly plumped your lips so that may add as a plus point. For those of you who love that kind of plumped, luscious smackers this might be the perfect balm for you.

     Let me now tackle one by one the things that I love about this baby. (:
-it contains a lot, 10 grams
-it would take forever for me to finish this up
-it moisturizes my lips well
-it makes my lips look slightly glossy and healthy
-I love the cooling sensation
-it is very small and handy
-it is very affordable
-it has a nice minty scent
-its expiration date is clearly written
-widely available

     Regarding what I don’t like,
-I’m not a fan of the sticker in front of the packaging. I’m just not crazy over it. It looks kinda boring to me. ^^v  That’s that, nothing else.

     Just to wrap up everything, I really like it, especially how it moisturizes, the refreshing feeling and the cooling sensation. Whether I’m going to repurchase, I’m not yet sure. As you see, it is a lot of product so I might get tired of it or it might bore me. Hahaha. Maybe after this balm, I’ll take a break from it and try some other ones before buying it again.
