June Favorites

What's the better way to end the month than with a monthly favorites? Right? xD Anyways, please excuse the absence of my May favorites, it's just that I wasn't so into certain new products that time. I was still obsessing over the same stuff from my April favorites back then. Actually, even during this month of June, I still am obsessing over those stuff, it's just that there are some additions to my obsessions. If you want to know what those are, then, let's get moving. ;)

March Loves ^^,

If only there's an award for being late, I'm pretty positive that I would bag it. I bet you agree with me on that, right? Haha. Anyways, I want to start being consistent when it comes to my monthly favorites so I'm still putting this one up even though it's super late. I hope you don't mind.

I don't think I have been loving that many new products for the month of March so this may be just a short and sweet post. Before I blabber again like I usually do, let's just get on the list. Enjoy!

February Loves ^^,

Happy Tuesday my loves! February is over and done with... It is but somehow I just cannot fully grasp that fact yet. :l Where did the love month go? Why does it seem to me as if this year is flying by extra fast? Is it really just me? Perhaps I've been enjoying life too much and that's why I feel that way. Why does it work like that, anyways? Time goes by so fast when you're enjoying and unbelievable slow when you're not. Life is indeed full of questions and mysteries. Hahaha. I'm such a blabber. I should have named this blog blabberwocky, the sweet wonderworld of a blabberwocky or something like that. I think that would be more fun and suitable. Hmmmm

Anyways, it is time to share the stuff that I've been loving with all my heart the past month or I guess months because few of these stuff I've been loving since January but I wasn't able to blog about earlier. With that said, this is going to be a tiny, tiny bit longer than my usual post regarding my favorites so brace yourselves my loves and let's jump right in. ;D

★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆

☆ Garnier Pure Active Fruit Energy Energizing Facial Foam
- This facial foam has salicylic acid so it is suitable for acne prone skin. It also has vitamin C, grapefruit and pomegrate that brighten up the skin. Other than that, it is very affordable and widely available. It also has a nice scent.

★ Garnier Light Pure Lemon Essence Lightening Peel-off Mask
- You can possibly get up to 4 uses out of a sachet of this mask. It is very enjoyable to use. You would not even have to rinse it after it dries because you will actually be able to peel it off nicely, evenly and easily. Just like what it claims you can see the effect instantly. It brightens up the skin and makes the skin feel tighter and smoother.

☆ ELF Contouring Blush and Bronzer in St. Lucia
- What I love the most about this product is the bronzer. Some of my bb creams and foundations are a bit lighter than my skintone so I love bronzing up my skin. I also love how a bronzer brings life and dimension into one's face and how it can define more one's features. It has some shimmers but worry not for the shimmers doesn't transfer that much on the face. It doesn't make me look like a disco ball. I also use this sometimes as a crease or transition color.

★ Maybelline Bold Matte by Color Sensational in MAT 4
- This red lipstick has orange undertone which I love. I believe it suits my skintone very well. It doesn't dry out my lips. It goes on very smoothly and the pigmentation is great. The longevity is also outstanding.

☆ Artist Studio Spoolie Brush
- I got this brush for a very cheap price but the quality is actually very good. The size of the brush is smaller than normal and the handle is so slim. I love brushing my brows even on times that I don't wear any makeup and this comes so handy and does the job.

★ ELF Studio Eyebrow Kit in Medium
- This matches the new color of my hair perfectly. It also lasts all day. As expected from an ELF product, it is very affordable.

☆ Clinique Eyeshadow Duo in Rose Wine
- Whenever I feel like doing a complete eye look this is always my go to eye shadow. The pigmentation is just right. This duo feels smooth, buttery and there is 0% fallout.

★ San San Gel Eyeliner in Brown
- This eyeliner lasts all day. It is also very affordable and comes with its own brush which is always handy. I also love brown because it is perfect for a more natural and softer look.

☆ L'Occitane Radiance and Colour Care Hair Mask
- This is awesome and works wonders on a color treated hair like mine. First of all,  it keeps my hair healthy, soft and smooth. Then, it keeps the color of the hair and makes it more vibrant. It helps to make the color last for a really long time. I guess the only downside is that it can be a bit pricey. But hey, an abused hair deserves a lot of care and love. ;)

★ Kerastase Elixir Ultime Oleo-Complexe + Rose Millenaire Beautifying Scented Oil
- This suits me best for it is made for fine and sensitized hair. It makes my hair healthy and shiny. It also keeps it soft and smooth. The best part is that it makes my hair smell amazing.

☆ Black Heart Earrings from Bopbop Shop
- This is actually another gift from a dear friend. I find it very cute and I wear it most of the times.

★ Silver Necklace from Bopbop Shop
- This one I bought myself because this necklace has the Our Father in Spanish written on it. I love our Father.. I love Spanish.. I love this necklace!

☆Clinique Purple Bag
- I got this cute little bag from my mama. I keep my shenanigans (or maybe I should have called my blog CIENAnigans. Hahaha. What's with me and all these blog names today?) in it.

Done, baby! I hope you enjoyed. Thank you so much for your time. Let's talk again soon. Not sure though when "soon" is because just for a quick update and if you're wondering Toshi and I still haven't reconciled yet. Yes, I know that's sad. :( But I'm sure we'll be able to fix things up soon. Okay! Have a wonderful week. Bye! :*

December 2k13 Favorites

Hello my dear beautiful people! :D How's your week going? I hope you are having a great one. Moving on, please excuse my tardiness with regards to posting my monthly favorites. ^^v I was actually not really planning to make a post about my December favorites because I just shared my Top 13 Products of 2013 a few days ago and I don't want to bombard you with my favorite products. (How many times did I mention the word "favorite/s"? Haha) But then, I realized I have some awesome stuff to share with you, guys, so here it is. ;D

  ✿ ❀ ✿ ❀ ✿ ❀ ✿ ❀ ✿ ❀

❀ Burt's Bees Radiance Day Cream
- This cream makes my skin feel so soft and smooth. It is also so light and perfect to use before applying makeup. This is a bit on the pricier side but a little goes a very long way and I think it's worth it.

✿ Quick FX No-shine Mattifier
- This primer does the job so well. It makes my skin so smooth and the makeup application so easy. It also keeps my makeup in place for quite a long time and keep the oiliness at bay. An awesome product for a cheap price.

❀ Fashion 21 Single Eyeshadow in 20
- I use this baby as a brow powder and it works pretty great. The color is perfect for me. It gives that nice, natural look. Oh, and it is inexpensive.

✿ MAC Notoriety Eyeshadow Quad
- I love all the colors in this palette. Of course, the pigmentation, texture, and longevity are also perfect.

 ❀ Japonesque Precision Lash Curler
-This baby curls my eye lashes without giving that "L" kind of curl.

✿ Artist Studio Angled Eyeshadow Brush
- If I remember it right, I got this brush for only less than 30 Php and I can't believe how awesome it is. I can do a complete eye look with just this brush. I can also use it to contour the nose. It doesn't shed or anything. I have washed it a couple of times already but it is still pretty strong and great. A must-have.

❀ Ever Bilena Matte Lipstick in Mauvey
- I love the color, longevity, price and availability of this lipstick. It also doesn't dry out my lips. I guess the only thing that I'm not a big fan of is the packaging.

✿ Watsons Cleansing Facial Wipes
- This works great on removing any makeup, may it be waterproof or not. It also leaves my skin feeling moisturized. Lastly, it is pretty cheap which is awesome.

❀ Garnier Oil Clear Self-Heating Sauna Mask
- This mask leaves my skin feeling so fresh and clean. I also think that it does help prevent oiliness. (BTW, I have combination skin and I do get so oily at times. But thanks to this, I guess, because now I don't get tooooo oily. ) It is also so inexpensive and it contains a lot. I've used  a sachet 5 times already and I still have a bit left on that one. I have a quite a small face, though.

✿ Abahna White Grapefruit & May Chang Natural Wax Scented Candle
- I love the scent of this candle. It is so refreshing.

❀ Heart Shaped Earring
- I got this pair of earrings as a birthday gift from a dear friend of mine and I really love it. She knows me too well. I've been wearing this nonstop.

✿ ❀ ✿ ❀ ✿ ❀ ✿ ❀ ✿ ❀

That's it my loves. Short and sweet. I hope you enjoyed. Thank you for spending time with me. Let's talk some more later. Bye! xo

Top 13 Products of 2013

Happy new year my loves!! I know it is a tad bit late but whatevs, right? Haha ;D Anyways, as I say my farewell to 2013 I would like to share my top 13 products of that year. I actually had a bit of a hard time choosing just 13 products but luckily I managed to do so. These are the products that have been closest to my heart. ;) They have been my favorites, go-to and lifesavers. C'mon now and let me share them to you one by one. ^^,

❀ ✿ ❀ ✿ ❀ ✿ ❀ ✿ ❀ ✿ ❀ ✿

1.) ELF Mineral Infused Face Primer
- This does the job so well. It sure makes my makeup last all day long. Being a product from ELF, it is also inexpensive.

2.) Etude's Precious Mineral BB Cream  All Day Strong with SPF 30/PA++
- My go-to base. This makes my skin look flawless. I love love love the coverage, the longevity and the dewy finish that this product gives. The price is not that bad either.

3.) NYX Rouge Cream Blush in Natural
- It does give that natural flush. It also lasts fairly long. This is perfect for everyday use.

4.) Covergirl Lash Blast Fusion in Black
- This is my go-to mascara. It gives the perfect volume and length. It never flakes or smudges on me. Lastly, it is easy to remove.

5.) Marionnaud N.38 Eyes
- This is the only brush that I use for my brows. The spoolie is great. The angled liner brush is not too long or short, has the perfect density, and when I use it to fill my brows it helps to give just that natural look.

6.) Vaseline Lip Therapy in Cherry
- This is what I always use to prep my lips before applying any other lip product and whenever my lip gets chapped.

7.) Customized Lip Balm Stain
- I'm so happy with this product. I mixed two lip products (ELF Lip Stain in Birthday Suit + Maybelline Lips Pink Glow in Mixed Berry) myself and the outcome, I believe, is great. It does last for a long time and I love the color.

8.) Revlon Color Burst Lip Butter in Strawberry Shortcake
- I adore the awesome formula of the lip butters and this is my go-to color.

9.) Garnier Light Complete Multi-Action Brightening Scrub
- For me, this is definitely the best facial scrub ever. First of all, it is not abrasive. It leaves my skin so clean and bright. It is very affordable, too.

10.) Glamworks Charcoal Nose Pore Strip
- This does the job and takes away the nasty blackheads.

11.) Quick FX Pimple Eraser
- This does wonders. All I need is a teeny tiny bit and it will dry out my pimples and leaves no scars.

12.) Zenzest Eau de Toilette in Coral
- I love love love this scent. Need I say more?

13.) Dove Hair Therapy Refresh + Care Invigorating Dry Shampoo
- This is my life saver. It keeps my hair clean and refresh and it keeps the oiliness at bay for a very long period of time.

That's it for my top 13 of 2013. How about you beauties? What's your top 13 products last year. I would surely love to know. ;) I know you've seen most, if not all, of these products before but I hope you still enjoyed this post. Let's all have a wonderful 2014 and make this our best year yet. xo

October Loves ^^,

Hi there! :D Today, I am going to share with you, guys, the products that I've been loving for the month of October. I know it is a bit late but, as they say, it is better late than never, right? ;D I don't have a lot of products to share because I've been using the same old stuff and I've already mentioned them in my previous posts. I still hope you'll enjoy. ;) Let's go ahead and get started.

<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3

1.) Dear Body The Wild One Midnight Raspberry and Sexy Lily Daily Body Wash
- Wow! Isn't that a mouthful? xD Going on, I really like this body wash. It makes my skin soft and smooth. It is also pretty inexpensive. I believe I got it from Watson's for around 300 Php. Don't quote me on that. haha. But I'm 100% positive that it's less than 500 Php. Lastly, I love how this stuff smells. I would not try to describe the scent anymore because I'm pretty bad at doing that. xD

2.) Calvin Klein "ck IN2U him"
- Yes! him...You've read it right. This is actually a fragrance for men. hahaha. But who cares, I really like it. It's just so appealing.

3.) ELF High Definition Undereye Setting Powder
- If you wanna know more about this and why i love it, just click here. :)

4.) ELF Contouring Blush & Bronzer
- This would not be one of ELF's most famous products for nothing. I'm a big fan of the blush. It is a very gorgeous one. I feel like using this blush makes you look young and glowing. I also like the contouring powder but I seldom bronze or contour.

5.) Customized Lip Balm Stain
-Of course, last but definitely not the least (this is actually my most favorite this month) a lip product. I'm sure you know by now that my monthly favorites wouldn't be ever complete without a lippie. :) But this one is no ordinary lip product. I actually made or mixed this one myself. I mixed ELF's Lip Stain in Birthday Suit with a lip balm (Maybelline Baby Lips Pink Glow). I love the color a loooooot. It is a very nice shade of pink. It is also opaque. Honestly, while I was doing this, I didn't expect that I would even like it. One day, I just got bored and decided to experiment. I also thought that it would be pretty sheer and the color wouldn't be anything amazing. Fortunately, I'm all wrong. Another thing, it lasts so long on my lips and it does leave a stain.

That's it. I really don't have much to share. But, how about you? What are the products that you've been loving this past month? And have you tried any of these products? If your answer is yes, what can you say about them? Feel free to put your two cents in. Let's talk again soon. Bye! :*
