We have another product from Lola Abon's to talk about. This time it's a combination of Durian and cheese.
Similar to all the products of Lola Abon's, this one is also manufactured by their incorporated company in Davao City, Philippines. If you're interested in their products and want to contact them, their phone number is on the packaging.
The list of ingredients is stated on the side. It's definitely few and simple.
The expiry date is on the back.
A pack contains 12 pieces. Once again, each of them is wrapped individually. Though this time, they are wrapped just twice. There's no more paper wrapper, just a clear or blue plastic wrapper and a translucent plastic inside.
As usual, it has that soft and squishy consistency. However, it's not that smooth. It somehow feels powdery.
It definitely has a cheese scent. But the cheese flavor is pretty subtle and easily overpowered by the sweet, milky Durian taste.
To be completely honest, I find the taste of this Durian Queso extremely close to that of Lola Abon's regular Durian Candy which is available in different forms such as cubes, sticks and bars.
I do like it, but as I've already stated I find it similar to their other products. Since I believe the price of this one is a bit higher than the prices of the others, I don't really see the point of going for this item. Of course, unless you just want to try this one for yourself and see if it is really any different.
