WET 'N WILD PHOTOFOCUS COLOR CORRECTOR

Just like the last makeup product that I posted about, our item for today is by the brand Wet 'N Wild and this time it is their Photofocus Color Corrector.

This product comes in a good variety of colors, but the one that we have here is in E770C Peach.

It comes in a basic clear tube packaging with black details. It is definitely not the most aesthetically pleasing cosmetic item. It is undeniably plain and simple, but still rather nice and efficient. I do appreciate how direct and uncomplicated it is and that I can totally see the product inside.

It comes with a paddle-looking applicator. Compared to a doe-foot, this one is straight and flat on both sides. It works just right and takes just the right amount of product. It is far from stiff and scratchy. I find it totally easy to use and I have nothing to complain about it.

A tube contains 0.12 fl. oz. / 3.5 mL of product.

This product is made in China. It claims to be cruelty-free and vegan.

The ingredients are listed on the plastic wrapper.

It doesn't really have a distinct scent; it simply smells like a regular base cosmetic product to me.

The color, as the variant suggests, is that of peach. It is on the lighter side and pretty close to skintone.

Peach color correctors are typically used to neutralize dark circles or dark spots. I don't really have problems with dark spots. I rarely get them and even if I do, they tend to lighten and disappear on their own after a while. What I want to neutralize are my dark circles. I've always had them. It doesn't really matter whether I stay up late or sleep early.

This peach corrector has the right amount of creaminess. It's far from thick and is neither too thin that it is runny. It is fairly easy to spread and blend. It gives you enough time to do your thing. It has a satin-skin finish.

It doesn't feel sticky, oily or anything of that sort. It actually feels really light and comfortable on the skin. It almost feels like I'm not wearing anything.

I don't have any problem with creasing. It doesn't move around, nor does it disappear in the middle of the day.

The coverage that it provides is light to medium, which I think is enough for a corrector. You can always opt to use a concealer on top.

BAREFACE ALERT 😂 corrector on my right and nothing on my left

I personally use this product all alone. I use it both as a corrector and a concealer. I just don't like putting too many things on my face. I'm also a bit lazy to look for the right concealer that will match this corrector. I'm afraid that the wrong product would make my undereyes feel heavy and look cakey. I have dry, sensitive undereyes that already has few lines so I really have to be careful.

Anyway, I truly think that the coverage it gives is decent enough especially for simple, everyday look.

I'm really glad that I purchased this Wet 'N Wild Photofocus Color Corrector in Peach. I'm 100% sure that I'll totally use up this product.

Until next time!
