KWANGHEE STRAWBERRY C VITAMIN C POWDER STICK

This KwangHee Strawberry C Vitamin C Powder Stick is another product of Korea.

I found it on a Shopee page called Seoul District PH.

A pack contains 10 sachet and each sachet has 2g of product. It's actually sold per sachet for 20 Php and I only purchased a few to try.

This is a Vitamin C supplement containing 14.5% of strawberry juice powder. It is recommended for every one. Based on the instruction, a stick (2g) is supposed to be taken once a day. You just have to pour the content directly in to the mouth.

The material of the sachet is actually that of foil and it's really of good quality. It's rather firm and thick. I personally like the cute, girly, youthful design. It's attractive to me. I like how compact it is, as well. It's a really short and small sachet.

There's not much detail on the packaging. The only ones that are clear to me are the '2g' which is the net weight and '400mg' which refers to the Vit. C content. I pretty much needed to rely on the web for other information.

Scent-wise, it has that sweet and sour fruity, strawberry smell.

The texture reminds me of the powder of an instant iced tea, but they are obviously in different colors. This product has white and pink hues.

The taste is very reminiscent of that of pop rocks or popping candies. I'm not sure if you're familiar with it, but especially that of Crazy Dips. This is the best description that I found online, "(Crazy Dips) comes in a packet filled with popping candy and a lollipop for dipping." Did that ring a bell? That's one of my favorite childhood candies. Anyway, these products have a very similar taste to me. They both have an extremely sour strawberry candy taste with just a tinge of sweetness. I personally like the taste and find it enjoyable.

So, am I going to repurchase?
No, not really. I find it a bit pricey for a daily supplement, especially for Vit. C. Also, despite liking the looks and taste of this product, I'm really not sure how effective it is. I'm also not sure if it is that healthy, since supplements that you can take directly and taste, such as chewables and gummies, have added flavorings and sugar to taste good.

Nonetheless, I'm glad that I have given this product a try and that I got to satisfy my curiosity.

Until next time!
